What is KYC?

Know Your Customer (KYC) is a mandatory verification process required by Philippine law to prevent fraud, money laundering, and ensure the security of financial transactions. This process helps us verify your identity and assess your eligibility for our microfinance services.

  • A valid Philippine mobile number with active service
  • Valid government-issued ID (not expired)

Create a 6-digit PIN to secure your account.

  • Must be exactly 6 digits

Common Issues & Solutions

OTP not received

Check your network signal, wait 2 minutes, or request a new code. Contact support if the issue persists.

ID photo rejected

Ensure good lighting, no glare, all text is readable, and the ID is not expired. Retake the photo if needed.

Facial recognition failed

Face the camera directly, remove glasses or face coverings, ensure good lighting, and make sure your face matches your ID photo.

Document upload failed

Check file size (max 5MB), use supported formats (PDF, JPG, PNG), and ensure stable internet connection.

Application rejected

Review the rejection reason, correct any errors, and resubmit. Contact support for clarification if needed.

How long does the KYC process take?

The registration process takes 15–20 minutes to complete. After submission, approval typically takes 1–3 business days.

Is my information secure?

Can I save my progress and continue later?

Yes, your progress is automatically saved. You can close the browser and return later to continue from where you left off.

What if I don't have all the required documents?

Can I edit my information after submission?

Once submitted, you cannot edit your application. If you need to make changes, contact our support team immediately.

What happens after I submit my application?

Our team will review your application within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email and SMS notification about the approval status.

Why do I need a guarantor?

A guarantor provides additional security for the loan. They should be someone who knows you well and can vouch for your character and ability to repay.

What if my application is rejected?

You will receive a notification explaining the reason for rejection. You can correct the issues and resubmit your application.
