- Fake emails or SMS claiming your account has been suspended
- Links to counterfeit Alwan websites asking for your credentials
- Calls from people pretending to be Alwan staff requesting your OTP or PIN
- Offers of fake loans or prizes requiring personal information
- Urgent messages pressuring you to act immediately
3. How to Identify a Phishing Attempt
- The sender's email address does not end in @alwan.ph
- The website URL is not https://alwan.ph
- The message contains spelling errors or unusual formatting
- You are asked to provide your PIN, password, or OTP
- The message creates a sense of urgency or fear
- You receive unsolicited attachments or download links

- Ask for your PIN, password, or OTP via email, SMS, or phone
- Request payment to process a loan application
- Ask you to transfer funds to verify your account

5. What to Do If You Suspect Phishing

- Report the message to Alwan immediately at security@alwan.ph
- Change your PIN and password immediately if you believe your account is compromised
